MAN O MAN i would be mad but instead... i have been dealing with this landlord for about 2 months on this house i was supposed to move in to. The house was destroyed so i was going to rehab it for him in exchange for rent. he wanted his crew to do it what a mistake!!! they did such a horrible job now it is left on me. I have to clean out the basement ( 2 dryers , old cast iron boiler, 2 5 ft expansion tanks, 9 assorted size panel boxes left by electrician when new service was put in and galvanized plumbing pipe from the whole house) and because they didn't do the electrical right i have to rewire the whole house, all old old insulated copper wire that the insulation falls off (what is left of it) in metal armored cable in steel conduit. Now i have to remove all that from the whole house!!!!! And for all my work i only get a few months free rent ANDDDDD a pretty nice payday at the scrap yard.
