I would suggest cleaning them up real good, especially the contact parts, take lots of pictures and enclose an itemized list with your packing and what you expect to get money wise. Also make a note of all the dates on all of them. I shipped some to Ecycle Group and they tried to rip me off. They said if most were "bad" especially the high dollar ones. I disputed it and then they said they automatically consider ones over a certain age to be bad. This info was not listed anywhere on their website. I ended up getting almost all of what I was owed, but if I would not have argued it I would not have. Good luck!!

In my one attempt at selling to a cartridge recycler I got $17 for 43 cartridges. I have found the Staples program to be most cost effective. Although I am limited in how many I can recycle, it takes the uncertainty away.

Sell them on E-bay for others that are going to take advantage of store programs.

They paid me for all but one of the full toner cartridges I sold them.

They didn't pay me for any of the empties I sent them, saying they were all nonvirgin, broken, or empty? I don't understand that bit... I would think you would want them empty.

I got $18, and didn't pay shipping. I'll call it a day, and try somewhere else next time...

try doing what I do with staples I have a group of 30 of us that I put together so that with the limits at staples and now the ink buying stipulation it still makes money but put together the group so that I can max to 300cart a month this way which now I am getting over 500m. so what I do is buy ink shipping supplies and so forth and my peeps can get items free this way for going in once a month with me and no not all at once lol and I get free stuff but more I get to sell the ink on ebay clist and such to make the actual cash. right now I am also trying to sell emptys on ebay but hard to do so far with out newer carts but still saving up all the extras for a larger load to send out.
