I was searching "scrap metal" and came across a few news articles about scrap thefts, then found this link. It's a long shot, but we can keep our eyes open and get the crooks jailed or fined.

Crook hitches up to a semi trailer, runs off with it, unloads, then brings it back. Have to wonder if the idiot went straight to the scrap yard? Unloading brand new equipment off a trailer had to raise some eyebrows.
