Got this from an estate sale company that I have a partnership with. All the consoles were sold but a quick search revealed that some of this still sales. Didn't want to take the time to post it all individual.

wow, you shoulda broke that down into about ten pieces, you'd done about ten times as well. You already had the work done in itemizing it, just put it all on one listing.
I'd never recommend listing something at 6AM, nobody's even got their marbles together by then. Afternoons and evenings work best

Your right, it took a few hours to sit down and inventory all that stuff! Well as far a posting it at 6 am, well that was a little crazy but it's been in my way for a long time so I just had to get it listed and out of my way. When it comes to lots I think it's a crap-shoot though. Sometimes lots do better and sometimes they do worse, it depends on many variables. I also have less than 25 listings (selling) so I am still learning and my biggest sin is under valuing my stuff. I did a couple auctions where I started a listing at $0.99 and it never took off and sold for a buck. Learned the hard way on those. Anyways thanks for the advice. I'' try to be more aware of the time I list stuff. I really need to get acquainted with the eBay scheduler. I normally like for my auctions to end on Sunday afternoon.

Just use turbo lister and spend then week making auctions up when you have the chance and then launch them at a more opportune time. Like Saturday or Sunday afternoon or evening.

As far as splitting the lot up, you would have had a bunch not sell, and postage now goes up dramatically when shipping to 10 different people. Anything that sells for less than $10 is much better thrown into a larger lot to make a $50 or better sized lot. Sometimes you will win and sometimes you will lose, but when it sells, you are done with it and it is gone rather than having to relist half the lot the 2nd week with a lower starting price, then half of that the following week and may be left with 2 or 3 lots that won't sell at all. With me, a quick clean flip is necessary to clear out room for more stuff and get that cash back and working on something else.

Yea, I learned that lesson the hard way also. I now check the sold listings and price mine just a little lower to start. Some times I guess a little high but quite a bit they jump on the buy-it-now feature almost immediately.

I'm not trying to get rich, I'd just like a fair price for my stuff.

an ebay store is the way to go if you plan on selling a large number of items, like over 100, final value fees are lower and you get to leave the items listed indefinitely if you want to
