Computing timer?

Found this in an auction lot that I won..........What is it used for?
This is what I have been able to find out, but it might as well as been in greek "......is a microprocessor-based digital timer with three rotary knobs for setting and adjustment of the Preset."





The timer works when the power is put the the unit.
Any help is appreciated.

The output says it goes to a clock perhaps for score boards or timed events like swimming or running where thousandths of a second are counted. cool find!

i can't make out the name of the company but google that and see what they make ; ) I was guessing a lawn sprinkler or something but not sure if seconds is involved with that (unless it's in a really dry area haha )

I had a digital timer with the same functions that was used in a radio station awhile back.

It's a Long Ranger 365 and came from a furniture making company. On Ebay they are listed under test equipment, but I don't know what it is used to test.
And this PDF the best i can come up with it is used to test _______........lol... crayons and markers for me.

Its a time-delay relay that has all sorts of added functionality so it can be used in all sorts of different ways.

For example, it could be set up to turn on a light in, say, 15 minutes. It could also be set to turn a light off after 15 minutes.

It isn't really a piece of test equipment. I don't know the eBay categories, but it would go under something like electronic or electric controls or relays, or even better, if they had the category, "time delay relays".

You should be able to sell it pretty easily on eBay. Not sure what kind of price range, but if you look up "time delay relays" you should get an idea of what others go for.
