Question Are these figures too low?

okay the yard i've been going to the past couple months has been giving me these prices for stuff and i'm wondering if its too low and if i need just to go somewhere else.

    Steel and Auto parts
    mix- $0.08
    Clean- $0.10

    Brass
    mix- $0.98

    Aluminum
    Sheet- $0.49
    Cans- $0.50

    Copper
    #1- $2.25
    #2- $2.20
    Bright Wire- $2.35

    Other Salvage
    Wiring- $0.25
    Mixed Non Ferrous Metal- $0.40
    Mixed Ferrous- $0.05

All of it is done by the pound and i'm just curious if these figures are too low (like i already said)

Brass is a touch low. I garnish $1.20/lb.. other than that I agree with Matt's statements!
I'm so into scrapping.. When my Steel Toe Boots Wear out, I cut the Steel out of them and recycle the Toe!

Weird. Your steel prices are about $20-$40 per ton higher than here; your aluminum prices are about the same, and your copper is quite a bit lower. #2 copper was $2.55 this morning, #2 insulated wire was $1.10

It all depends on the market you live in...is it competitive or sleepy? Also do you take your scrap to a small feeder yard or a large yard?

All of your prices look between 20%-100% lower than the Denver market except for steel.

he has the only yard in-town (to me) and the nearest yard after that is about 30 mins down the interstate. Its not a really small or large yard, more of in the middle, mostly scraps cars and parts. Also i live in south coastal GA right on the GA/FL line.
