ABS plastic and CRT disposal in WI

Hello, have been browsing the forum for months and have not found answers yet so here goes.......
I have access to a large quantity of ABS plastic and CRT tubes and wondering if anyone around N.E. Wisconsin accepts these for disposal or recycling. These items are banned from WI landfills so that is not an option, neither is reassembly and turn in to Goodwill. My local County recycling center says the want $10 per CRT so that is not an option. Still have not got an answer from them if they would take the ABS.
Please note that this is not MY leftover waste from scrapping, I do estate/farm clean outs and have come across several properties that have been abandoned by irresponsible 'tenants'. I am just trying to help out these property owners.
I am located between Green Bay and Milwaukee.
I know ABS has some value depending on how it is sorted, I would like to see these items recycled properly.
    THANK YOU!

People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

I called them, they would take it free of charge if I deliver it, or would charge me for a truck to pick it up. About 100 miles round trip, will be time consuming and expensive for fuel.

Are they taking the CRTs for free too or just the ABS?
