Sent my first box to PartTime. Along with working drives (hopefully) I included scrap RAM. The box was received on Thursday and paid on Friday. Very happy with the scrap prices, I'm going to include more scrap with my drives to be tested in my next box. Highly recommended.

Just finished with my first business deal with Terry, he went above and beyond what I expected. He was honest and very helpful through the whole process.
I would recommend him and plan to do business with him again in the future.

    Thanks
    Tom

Hey, I was wondering if you sorted boxes of stuff sent in or if I have to have it pre sorted for you before mailing?

I had another smooth transaction with Terry. I sent DVD-RW's and hard drives. The service was quick, accurate, and fast. I am already working on the next shipment.

do you take mother boards that are stripped of mostly everything including all gold connectors as well as ram and other boards in the same manner most if not all metals are removed?

If you stripped everything off the motherboards then I would think what you have now is Low grade at about .10-.15 lb. Just my .02

thats not bad seeing as i have no way to get paid for them where i live and have a lot lot lot im guessing 400 lbs of mother boards stripped perhaps the ones on the bottom have a little meat left on the bone when i was learning but i would contemplate that price when i sober up tommorow

No what you have there is a baord with copper trace only left in it. About 10 percent of the weight would be copper. So after now your looking at a every pound only paying out about $.30 in copper. Thats before you pay the refiner. Looks like a loosing situation to me.

thanks for the info i guess i have no choice but to throw them out seeing as there are no refiners in this area and shipping them and refining cost would like you say be a loosing situation or with very little profit not be worth the trouble.

Hope what you refined was worth it being that you "stripped" about $1600. worth of boards. One of the top people over at GRF has stated that hobby refiners will leave about %50 of the gold/PM's in the trash. Just my .02
