    Scrapping a Cash Register

Has anyone ever scrapped a cash register before? I have three of them and when my kids get tired of playing with them, I was going to tear them open. I'm hoping there will at least be a motherboard?

I took one apart a few years ago. If I recall it's a low grade board.

I took one apart a few weeks ago. It wasn't anything memorable.

I took one apart once, before i knew about different boards though, can't honestly say what board was in it. BUT the til drawer had $42.00 cash that was stuck in a corner. That was a bonus.

Get it on Ebay - they sell very well second hand for new businesses.
I ended up using one for my yard sales and the like - it makes handing out change a lot easier than an old ice-cream tub!
