    Switched yards, got $35 more per ton

    My yard was closed so I went directly to the steel mill and they paid me $235/ton for really light and lousy steel. #1 is $250/ton. My other yard was paying me $200 and that was a special price - walk ins were getting $175.

    Best of all, all the scrap I sold will be made into new steel in America, not China.
