Is it Legal to pick up scrap on curb in Tx

I going scrap hunting tomorrow with my truck, what are some things to look out for when taking stuff off the curb?

OK, I looked... Vernon TX is far enough away from me you're not picking in MY alleys

, so, YES, it's legal as far as state law goes. Municipalities may have their own local laws, though.

I think the legality would be a city ordinance. You can take your chances or call the PD or both
