I saw a ghost years ago. I was in a car with 3 others, we were driving on a road that went around a lake. All of a sudden a woman ran across the road in front of us. As she ran she kept looking over her shoulder. She then disappeared when she got to the lake. She was wearing a long dress and looked like she was from the pioneer days. The area is where Indian uprisings and such went on in the past. Over the years I learned that others had seen the same thing in the same area.
From what I viewed, it seemed like a recorded act as the woman paid no mind to us. Yes she looked solid and real.
Perhaps it was just a residual energy pattern. I suspect that there's quite a bit more to be learned about different forms of energy than we currently understand.
It may be that aliens are simply "entities" with no particular form but that which we attribute to them. Five hundred years ago ... they might have been perceived as angels sent from heaven or demons from hell. In the age of science ... we perceive them as being strange visitors from other worlds.
Lol ... your guess is as mine. It may be that some things are simply beyond the capabilities of the finest human mind to comprehend with reason.
