I get some sort of infection symptoms if I come in contact with anything mouse related. I think it might be a sensitivity from dimming n contact with mouse nests & dead nice from around fridge compressors.

I also had a lot of mice in & around the house when I had a couple of chickens outside, they were eating the spilled chicken pellets & such. There a something you can catch off mice, rotovirus or something.

So if a computers been left outside or seems dirty, they get a good spray with some kitchen cleaner spray, with a little denatured alcohol after to it, then as soon as its opened, a good spray again over the board's & cables, that keeps the dust down.
I figure inhaling the dust is worst, but even hand mouth or eye contact, will transfer some sort of virus into your body. It's best to be safe & sure than risk it.
Power supplys get dunked in disinfectant & warm water & let to drain before they get taken apart.
