If there is 250K worth of gold in that solder each board in solder alone is worth $2.50 just from the solder. I think that I need to find another hobby.

At today's gold price $1213.30 per troy ounce it would take approx 485 mother boards to recover one troy ounce of gold from the 9.7 pounds solder, once the solder has been processed you would be left with pure tin metal with a value of $10.00 per pound.
