Take a look at some buyer price lists on the forum and through the Internet.
Cell phones without batteries sell for anywhere from $4.50-$6 per pound depending on the buyer and the current market...

What's the difference in payout, .10/lb? I don't move enough aluminum to have it make a noticable difference.

Too much light iron for my taste, but a great haul none the less. I would imagine some nice brass and copper parts came out of it too.
I found one the first week I started scrapping. I knew I had to keep it. It's in really good condition too.
Even though it's usually in my way, it's handy to have it around.
When there's a lot of competition you need to be smarter than them. If they go out in the morning, go out the night before. Figure out their route and beat them to it.
I usually scrap around 10-12...
Imports are worth more, aftermarket are worth practically nothing..
