Light iron 3.5 cents a lb
Heavy iron 5
Rotors 7
Closest yard is 1 cent a pound, next closest 2.5 cents, further is 3.5 cents a pound. Not surprisingly the larger yards are paying less.
Yards just opened up to public again yesterday. Closer yard not paying. Further yard at 2 cents a pound.
3 cents a pound at donjon in Dover nj. Plus they combined my cast with light iron, won’t be selling cast iron there again.
Had to visit parkway after you let me know about that increase. 2 other people there Saturday morning. One big load and another guy just dropping off an engine block. Nobody was selling non ferrous....

2.5 cents a pound. Worse I’ve ever got in 7 and a half years doing this. Garage will have to be overflowing to take in next load. Still the exercise and cleaning up the environment still makes it...
