no pics showing on my screen
doesnt look like Turkish- more like some E. European language.
i have found that banging the area where that black stuff is, on the opposite side with a claw hammer, will easily remove most of that gunk.
from what i see, most ppl here are also collecting ewaste.
might be a better idea to speak to some of the scrap yards around you and offer to exchange whatever metal you get for whatever ewaste they...
as someone else said, all copper wires and all non ferrous- does not stick to magnet, is worth taking.
here in South Africa, i get the equivalent of ,63c per lb for alum cans but i dont bother with it. too many druggies out here collecting them.
if you know anyone who does scrapping and you trust them, then maybe call them to have a look.
maybe they will be interested in buying it themselves or at least they can tell u whats a fair price...
i found these in some old aircraft parts that i picked up from a small airport near me.
they look like they contain more than the usual amount of silver that you find in electrical stuff.
i dont...
ive been told that led is going to be low for the next few years as the push towards electric vehicles means a decrease in demand.
other industries besides the auto manufacturing will still use/need...
yes thats the fastest way i know to remove the copper from them
link not working for me
same with me- it hasnt been loading for most of the past week
are they really that valuable? if im not not mistaken, i had one a while ago- sold it with silver RAM sticks.
here in South Africa theres lots of guys advertising on Facebook Marketplace that they buy boards from flatscreen TVs. it doesnt matter if the screen is cracked bcos they use the boards to repair...
if they work, i would think the best thing to do is offer them to guys who do TV repairs. if that fails then only do u scrap them
what kind of CPU was it on the board- gold cap?
i just saw this ad.
it was placed 13 days ago but it will be worth it if someone lives nearby & has the tools etc to take it down.
its in Slatersville, Rhode island...
I would just bend, break or cut them
And if anyone says its impossible to break or bend those alum pieces, its not. ive done it.

welcome from Durban,South Africa.
hows the prices of scrap there?
ive heard that gunmetal is more valuable than copper but its harder to come by.
from what i read, its mostly found in older valves that operate under very high pressure.
can anyone shed some light...
