that 2nd picture is a 1/4 ratchet, I have a complete one just like it but complete. of course..
The 3rd picture looks like a rasp.... AKA surf form, they were used and still are for shaping...

If its stuff you really need there are places that will take your drive apart and recover your data. I did this a few times when the company I worked for had dead drives.

The program is called cipher it is in Windows 2000 and newer.

That looks like mylar punch tape. Back when I was using one of those punch machines we could get the tape in paper or mylar.
Well mine are not still in the wrappers but I pick some of those up recently, I forget what years but it was volume 2 #1 to the volume 18 I think every copy.
