Do you have the AMD 386DX-40 processor on there? Any idea if the board is working?
Your board is very similar to a Biostar 386DX-40 board that was popular. The Intel 80386 line stopped at 33 MHz, but AMD released a 386DX (and a 386SX) that ran at 40 MHz. Systems based on AMD's 386-40 were low-cost competitors to PC's using Intel's 486SX-25. The 486's were faster, but often not by so much that the cost difference was easy to justify.
