I worked in plastic injection for a while, we were always getting rid of empty gaylords. most went into recycle but $5 or so you could have as many as you want with lids...so if you have any molders around, that's what resin comes in. the other place to check is wherever your local corrugated supplier is. most cities have one or two around (because it's very competitive and expensive to ship). hit up your local carton company and they will sell them, just tell them you need them for recycling...last corrugate plant I toured they were coming up with corrugated caskets for low cost body transport as well as corrugated assemble yourself furniture, though the latter was more of a sales demo than actual product.
