    Need help on identification of this electronics

    Hey guys!
    I got a few pieces of electronics that look old and I am not sure what they are. Maybe there is better value than scrap.

    The beige thing looks like a DC power inverter, with whatever plugins the USSR was using at the time. I can't read the words.

    The grey metal one, the second in your post, could be a variac. Again, I don't read Cyrillic so I can't be sure but it has the look.

    Maybe in the video you read the wording but I'm at work and can't run the speakers.
