no but also keep in mind the mindsets of some people. Some don't want to go to the trouble of sending their stuff to a scrapper or think there's a rip-off in there somewhere or something else they think of. I know up here in my area it's lazyness. No one wants to call or tell anyone they have stuff but they'll gladly put it out by the road.
