I will not respond to your post because you do not appreciate any of the advice you have received from this forum. I have been very successful with businesses, but will share my secrets with those that appreciate and respect the insight of others. I was able to negotiate with a major metropolitan electrical company and made enough money to pay for their Christmas party. Those that have tracked my threads will know where I pulled this off.
