I have made a few wire stripers. One from an old tubing flare tool and the other using a piece of wood with different sized grooves cut on it with a razor blade screwed to it. Both work but there has to be an easier way. I have seen a demonstration using a commerically made stripper that

sells for about $40 bucks. Anyone try one of those and do they actually work like they say? Sometimes a factory demo is a highly trained person and makes it look simple but when you get it home and try it there is a lot to learn. I have no problem getting the $40 buck stripper. It would quickly pay for itself. I just don't want to buy something that won't work any better than my homemade strippers that cost nothing to make.
