    best price

since money is more important to me in my present situation then time. I have started to tear the class 2 (small ac/dc transformers apart to get the pure copper out of them, rather then sell them for motor price (.25) per lb. I have question. the shiney bright hair sized copper wire , what class is it #1 #2 or something else, also on some of the transformers there is one spool of "hair" wire and one spool of larger wire looks to be about 18 guage should I sell these seperately. also has any one used muratic acid to clean the varnish and or paper and glue from these wires, or what ha been successful for you. thx

My local yard doesn't care about a little varnish, if it's clean and shiny looking they give me #1 clean price which was $3.50lb. on 4-21 ,
