I picked up my thrift store haul today. I got like 2 foldavle scooters like a razor scooter. One is aluminum other is steel was magnetic. When i scrap them what all needs to be done? Do i just take off grips and broken wheels? Do i need to remove stickers of product name. Do you all cut them in two pieces.
