what type of company do i need to open

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. I have been reading posts here for months. I have a company and warehouse overseas. In the past I just buy stuff here in the US and ocean ship the stuff to my warehouse overseas. I just started for a while and I don't have a company here. Now i find everything will be easier if I have a company here. Does anyone know what type of company should I file? thank you!

I would suggest going with an LLC. If your seeking investors you will want a s corp.
