Autozone gives 5$ store cedit for even a motorcycle battery

Just found this out the other day, well if you are getting 30 cents a pound it isn't too big of a deal, but my friend and I went in, we had 4 batteries that were prob 14 pounds or so apiece, and they gave us 20$ total. They don't pay by weight, they pay a blanket 5$ per battery.
They only allow you to bring in 2 per person per day.
Worth remembering for when you have little light batteries.

That may be worth it on a M/C battery.. but here I get $12-$14 cash for a car battery.

Maybe, maybe not. I've worked in retail before, so I know sometimes a retailer will offer something like that to try to get people to switch to shopping in their store.
