Here is another type of grill that has a ton of brass and aluminum.

I was cruising the streets tonight and came across a grill already broken apart and set out on the curb. I got out and attempted to lift it. I couldn't get it off the ground. Anyway, I put it in the CRV piece by piece and get it home. I took off the very little amount of steel left and weighed it up. Here are the totals:

73 LBS of CLEAN CAST ALUMINUM!!! Total = $30.66
Then I see this on the burner:

Oh yea, it's 7.5 lbs of clean cast brass. - $12

A $45 grill. That's crazy. Anyway, this was a Great Outdoors grill. If you find one, diffidently pick it up!

You may have just saved me, I have one of these grills and it was the fake stainless so I thought nothing and it was going to go into shred but now I'll check the burners.
