Those long dives over to Jacks give me time to think, I'm finding that the hydraulic press conflicts with other plans with more piority.
The scoop on the white goods aka washing machines and dryer type scrap, the local Indian reserve has asked me to rehablitate their site. I'm guessing there is somewhere around 60 to 70 tons in three piles two of which are burnt. The metal is free for the taking so it looked like a good deal to me and the press would have put me into some sizable loads with good weight, not burning up fuel with light loads.
Jack recently offered to spot bins at my location, rather that have the bins at home will have him spot them at the Reserve then use that little loader to fill them, then pass the cost of fuel and travel over to Jack.
The press has come to a peacefull ending, the time and money saved will go into my catylitc project which has more priority.
