Best cutters or snips for copper wire?

Can anyone recommend some thinner cutters or snips that are good for cutting through lots of copper wire at once? My tin snips work, but the blades are too wide. I'm almost thinking like if they made scissors specifically for sheet metal, those would be good. Electricians scissors maybe?

It seems everything I have is not good at cutting through say, 20 strands of thin non-insulated copper wire at once. I hate to break out the dremel for something so basic that can be done by hand. I've got all of the basic tools otherwise, but in a spool of copper wire wrapped around steel for example, I'm finding that cutting it with a knife is actually easier than cutting it with cutters sometimes, and neither are particularly fun.
