    worthington air compressor

next dilemma, same job there is a worthington air compressor guessing about 1500 to a ton in weight. It's a large gas job, Seams to be seized up, It appears to be a diaphragm unit, is there anything inside these units worth taking out or is it scrap $235 a ton, I could shake it with the excavator thumb and get the motor out fairly easy but then I'll need to clean up the debris. Again, time is the issue, I'm fruggle but my money is coming in the restoration of the building. If there was a couple hundred extra to take it apart I'll haul it home a sick a grunt on it.

Heh. Sick a grunt on it.

My yard guy told me once to have things disassembled by my lowest paid guy. I looked around, rolled up my sleeves and got to work!

I would see if there is any obvious Copper on the outside of the unit (IE: powercord or the tube that goes from the head of the compressor to the tank). Then set it right on the trailer.
