Is there a scrap profit opportunity here?

I'm not very versed in large equipment since I typically do e-waste but I was sent these prices from a business looking to get rid of some equipment and thought I might get some feedback from you awesome people!



5 ton ac unit r22 $300

2 ton ac heat pump new compressor $700
1 1/2 ton ac heat pump $200

9000 btu wall heat pump new control board $350
hood vent unit for restraunts I have two of them both in good working odrer $200

You have to learn when to walk away and when to run. This one I whould run. My .02
