    If you have a buyer for the circuit boards then sell as is, why try and screw them? If not remove what you think is of value and the rest can go in with the steel by me here. Some states do not want any circuit boards in with the steel so check you local laws and yard rules. How I figure it many things have circuit boards in them and are scrapped as is, autos, microwaves, kids electronics and so on... Yards here buy low grade brown boards and then green boards. Anything good gets mailed off if the price offered covers the cost of shipping it out!
