Lucent Radio head Need help Identify parts.

Hi Guys,
I just picked up a pallet of remote radio head cell tower amp.
Broke one in and its high tech, like real strange stuff.
All screw are safety star screw which was a pita, the amount of screws in it is amazing.
I probably have 2lb of screws.

Inside there are 2 MB that looks really good.
One is double sided with I Guestimate 85-90% gold coverage.
the other MB is large and have trace of gold all over.

Inside where the unit had the Gold MB there are "silver" cups.
When i say silver I mean it have silver like color that is not aluminium and is probably plating.
My question is if anyone know if these are Silver Plated or Platinum Plated?

Hi the cups are Ag plated steel the shell is Ag plated Al. While they look pretty they are just contaminated Al. The grade of Al is nice if you remove all the steel parts. You are looking at something in the $1.50 # range in total metal value (thats Al # and Ag plating #). If you wanted to work them yourself you might come out ahead depending on the quantity and cost of chems. The problem is shipping to a place that will work for you. My partner and I had an opportunity for 40,000# a month of this material but with current Ag prices it just won't work. The GP Rf shielding on the board is in the 5-10 micro inch range. They look pretty not all that valuable. G3 cell tower material is flooding the market and has low plating thicknesses. Be careful of gold fever when looking at this material.
