When I bought my house the home inspector said the old utility sink in the basement was a lead sink. I replaced it a few weeks ago because the drain broke, and I was stoked because the thing weighs at least 300# and lead is.50 /# here. After researching it a little bit I think it's just soap stone :-( it has"Myrastone" stamped on it on the bottom. Anybody know anything about these? I've been trying to sell it cause it would be a shame to just throw away, but if no-one wants it I'm taking the sledge to it. And why would the inspector call it a lead sink?
