best copper rich motors ? lets start a list

hey guys im getting back into the motor breakdown business. I buy them. some of the best I know and can take apart with my eyes closed are AC condenser motors. there always copper. so the question is guys what motors have you broken down and have a lot of copper ?

I can't give a specific motor,as I take everyone I can get. If I had a choice then spa motors were yielding very well. I have not had much luck in finding a large quantity so I would like to ask you where you buy yours? Scrap yards in my area will not sell any. I have contacted pool supply companies as will as spa repair shops with little luck.

kbob I was in the same predicament as you , I actually found a small local yard that sells motors to me and extension cords. I think they sell to me because there a small operation , about 5-7 guys and they don't have a shredder and there in the shadows of the biggest and best yard in the area ( price wise and service wise) the margins on the motors are alittle narrow but it all depends on how fast you work. you got to take it where you can get it. hope this helped
