Got to start out by saying, advertise your service. Read your intro and feel for you. You may not have his type of contacts, but they are out there, just got to be persistent yet patient. The world wasn't built in a day. If your main focus is on ewaste, then hit it hard with ads, get a website and promote it. You can do this with very little money for starters, less than 100 bucks, and thats over estimated. I payed 12 bucks for my domain and got a Google for business account for free, and searched for all the free advertising I could find to list in. Another good place is Manta.com they are a free directory for small businesses. Good luck with your jump.
