Never seen it?! I've probably seen it 3 or 4 times over the years. In a nutshell Kramer and Newman hatch a scheme to haul bottles to Michigan to get the 10 cent refund. It's implied that Kramer tried to do this in the past, but couldn't ever make the numbers work. Newman wants to know "why", so Kramer crunches the numbers with Newman to show him why it won't work.

Finally Newman hits on the idea to use an "over flow" mail truck that is headed to Michigan to deliver Mother's Day mail. They use the extra space to haul bags of bottles.

Newman is shown chugging bottles just to have more to return haha.

I know this will come as a shocker to some of you...but..Not all of us watch Sienfield, or Friends, or other assorted shows on TV. I know I don't. Never have, never will. Matter of fact, it comes on, I walk out.

An Haiku..don't let it get to ya. Not like you asked if it was ok to smash a tv on the grass an leave the glass, or ask if its ok to take things from inside a donation bin.

Did anyone know out here you can ask google or any browser, for that matter, a question? You can actually type in "Why won't hauling cans from a state with no recycling deposit to a state with a deposit not work" and get the answers. It's almost like the internet can read your mind.

Seems like a good question to me because clearly California pays way more then az and Nevada. Without my cans and bottles as my bread and butter I'd be bummed out. Thank god for California redemption value. I wish they would raise that up to 25 cents a can lol
