If you find you could have a large enough need you could do the service yourself for yourself. Certification is simple and inexpensive and the equipment is not overly expensive. The recovered freon has a market it just might take a long time to recover enough to warrent selling it. I know at least one other member does freon recovery. You might find that this could lead to others who need the service and you could charge a small amount and bank the used freon.

Lastly perhaps you could add "certified" freon recovery to your advertising. It might point out you are a responsible recycler.
