    Where does magnetic metal go?

Sorry for the basic question but I'm new. Magnetic metal such as door hinges etc. in small amounts. Does it goe as shred? Like have it in buckets in my truck when I drive over scale?

yep, just throw it in with the rest of it. If it's thick enough you can also put it with short iron

Q: What did the male magnet say to the female magnet?
A: From your backside, I thought you were repulsive. However, after seeing you from the front, I find you rather attractive.

The smaller stuff I usually throw into a microwave/computer carcass, kind of keeps the small bits contained without having to drag extra buckets along. And you don't have to worry about anything small (nails, screws) falling out of the back of the truck.
