$682 for one cat! Need to buy more of these cars.

Bought an old Escort for $100 plus fees at a salvage auction for some body parts my nice Escort needed. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected to get that much for one converter from such a cheap car. Need to buy more of these cars just for the cat.

We have a buyer of cats on here that I heard has good prices. But $600+ for a cat off a Ford escort seems crazy! I may have to get into doing some of that stuff if that's true

A place in Baltimore but you need to have some business license relating to your possession of cats to sell to them. It's all dependant on what numbers are stamped on the cat. The one in my 2000 parts car got me $682. I was going to remove the cat off my 2001 driver and replace it with a $160 aftermarket cat until i called them with it's number which was a little different from the 2000 cat, and they would only pay $268. Wasn't worth the hassle.

We have a 1992 or 1993 Escort sitting off in the weeds. If the cat in that is worth anything close to yours, I may have to go out there with a sawzall

the Escort GT's also have the best bucket seats put in a production car, bolt right in a fox body stang,, problem is most of the driver seats are busted up by having a 300# person for a owner.!!!!! (pass seats are always good)but if u can find a good driver seat, save it , not too hard to put in another car..
