    Monck's corner sc was .085 about 2 months ago. Then it was down to .05 about 3 weeks ago and now it's back up to .07.

    Northern NJ here. Was $0.07 a month or so ago and it dropped to $0.065. #1 Steel is $0.10. Dropped off some insulated wire today and was happy to see that price went up a bit in price to $0.85

    A new yard just opened (Got Scrap? We pay more) and they are paying 160/ton while mine is at 140/ton. Interesting.......

    Hit the new yard today... they are at 160/ton for shred but they paid me 180/ton cause it was clean steel. I met the owner, he was manning the shred pile cause its the weekend and I even got a free shirt!!! LOL

    Shred is still at CDN 75.00 / MT locally and it doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon. A very few yards are still at CDN 180-200 / MT, but gas prices are up too and that eat a good chuck of the price difference.

    Light iron is 10.75/hundred. Cast iron and #1 is 12.25/hundred.

    Shred up $40/ton, currently now at 180/ton. And cast iron is at 240/ton.

    Shred bumped to $205 here today. Probably $210 at another local yard but will find out soon. Cast Fe back up to $300
