    scrap prices 1/24/11

    Bare Bright Wire $3.46 LB
    #1 Copper $3.19 LB
    #2 Copper $3.02 LB
    #1 Insulated Copper Wire $1.69
    Yellow Brass $1.70 LB

    Right now #1 insulated i`ve been paying $2 lb for and being omnisource they should have payed u much better for all your clean copper.

    My yard only pays $2.10 a lb for #1 copper so thats low but for scrap they pay 10 cent a pound and they take almost anything for scrap
