Hey WH Welcome to SMF! Those prices float around a lot (about like they do here, where I have only 2 real choices, and both are unheard of places), which led me to wonder if particular yards prices also fluctuate according to their own inventory (what they have on hand, what they have no more room for, what they prefer dealing with, etc., etc.)

Here my local yard only changes their prices at the first of the month unless there's an extreme change.

Good tp see someone from my neck of the woods! I go to FMR all the time with scrap cars. I'm reading guys in the US getting 240 a ton for cars, I'd love to get 200.... I feel your pain with the crappy prices up here. Hard to make a buck, especially now that everyone and their brother knows metal is worth something. I'm ok with a little good old ompetition, but our little area is totally flooded. And the low prices sure don't help!

    Happy scrapping!
If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...
