OK my fellow SMF members here is the review I promised of this buyer of my 2 test lot shipments. Overall I personally will not use this buyer again. Here is a chronological breakdown of the process I had with this buyer.

8/12 informed them I had a 50 pound box of laptops with good screens to be shipped and was told I would have label first thing in the morning.
8/14 informed them that I did not get label and was told to check spam if not they would get me another one sent out.
8/15 informed them still no label and then got one resent to me 4 hours later that night.
8/19 informed them that I had a pallet of laptop scrap ready for shipment.
8/20 was informed that my first shipment arrived that morning and would be inspected the next morning. Got the BOL right away for the pallet.
8/23 was informed that my load was checked in and that I would be paid via PayPal in the morning.
8/26 was informed he had gotten sick the night of 8/23 and would have me paid the next morning.
8/27 was informed that my pallet got there in record time and that I would be paid for both in the morning.
8/28 315pm was informed that he gave the PayPal order to his partner and that I would be paid
8/28 930pm was told doesn’t understand why it wasn’t done yet but was offered to be paid via money gram and they would eat the fees for this. (With my full time job and doing the scrap thing every waking other minute, this was not an option I wanted to take.)
8/28 1054pm was informed they tried sending the money but PayPal wouldn’t send it. Was asked to put in a request for money threw PayPal.
8/29 am time frame I sent money request via PayPal
8/29 634pm sent email asking them to call me since I still had not been paid.
8/29 805pm was informed PayPal had frozen account for verification and was sorry payment was not made yet. Offered money gram again. Was told sorry again and that he didn’t handle the PayPal part of it and was told it was done.
    8/29 900pm was finally paid.

First off I would like to say I understand getting sick and things falling through the cracks. I don’t hold those couple of days against them. However I do believe that once I was told I would be paid for the first shipment the next day that it should have happened that way. It just so happen that my second shipment arrived that same day and they decided to put the payments together. I did say that was cool with me when they decided to do that hoping I would be paid for both the next day. As you can see that did not happen. It is my opinion that this was not a fluke and that is why I personally will not do future business with this company. I did like the fact that they paid for the shipping and RJ was very on top of returning emails when he wasn’t sick so communication was good overall. Take this review for what it is worth but my overall impression of the transactions was not very professional.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a test shipment to you as PartTime did. I did the legwork, packaged and shipped the 300+ pounds of materials as a favor due to Terry working full time at the post office. We both agreed that this should be a test shipment and in my opinion you failed the test miserably. We heard nothing but a flurry of excuses . "my paypal guy was supposed to do it" Hah. Is your paypal guy named Beth? with a completely unverified address, account and name in Solon, OH?

So I did a little checking. I quote the following information straight from the bill of lading used to ship 465 pounds of material. Name: Computer Recycling Services on Walworth Ave in Cleveland OH. A company which the Ohio secretary of state shows was formed April 2, 2012. Why after delaying payment with multiple excuses for such a period of time were you forced to use a "new" paypal that is completely unverified with an address 40 miles away? There just seems to be more red flags here than at a Chinese political rally.
