Thumbs up Review for Fundraiser Earnings

Hello everyone! I just wanted to leave a little review of my experience dealing with Terry for the Sierra Storm Synchronized Ice Skating Team Fundraiser. I give the whole experience a A++ and Terry a 12 out of 10. He was more than willing to offer up his advice, resources, his phone number and he even helped my boyfriend with a question one day while I was at work. Dealing with him has been a pleasure and if I can get my little endeavor up and running, I plan to continue doing business with him as much as possible. Fedexed the box to him last Friday, he received and tested the items within an hour and was awaiting my response as to my preferred form of payment when I logged on this evening. The team and I appreciate your help and support!

You better believe it! I had a hard time finding a box that didn't have stuff printed on the outside because the USPS said that there couldn't be anything on the outside but the postage, return address and the address of where it was going. I ended up using a Caesarstone sample box - it had the least amount of outside print. Hey they say that the smaller the amount it has to move around while in transit the better.

I use Fed Ex for the big stuff and they never have said anything about it needing to be a plain box...knock on wood.

Boxes can be turned inside out pretty easy, then there is not any print to deal with. Cut tape etc. to flatten, carefully pull box apart at glue seam, flip inside out and retape at glue seam. reshape box, tape up bottom and now you have a box that the USPS won't have an issue with.

Also U-Line and other suppliers sell cardboard-colored spray paint. Used it years ago (1978?) when I worked in a shipping department. Covers all previous markings quite nicely. Don't know how much it costs.

    And what is a DVDRW?
That is a DVD burner, or recorder. The RW means rewriteable.

I have had two successful shipments and I have been extremely satisfied with PTS's service. His turnaround time is quick and he explains what he doing. I couldn't be happier and am already on my way to sending another load.

OK my fellow SMF members. I have updated my price list of better than scrap value stuff im currently buying. I have added Blue ray players and burners to the list as some of you might be seeing these in some of the newer computers your getting for scrap. I am also now taking laptop hard drives at there own price structure now.
