Hello All,

Our company, Relectrocycle, LLC is based in Ocala, Florida.

We buy all sorts of E-Waste and Gold items from all over the country and we pay for shipping.

My name is Jack "Ocean" Ostteen and I am the owner of the company.

I am currently working with one of the moderators here, Parrothead, to purchase his E-Waste components and he, among others, suggested I join you fine folks.

We pay via PayPal, Cash, and/or Company check.

We provide FREE Shipping services via Fed Ex Ground or Truck services for palletized loads.

We can also come to you if you have a large load and are not too far away.

We guarantee payment within 2 weeks of receiving your shipment, but most customers are paid in less time. We like to have a cushion in our guarantee because we are quite busy.

We have an excellent reputation and receive referrals from our hundreds of happy customers every day.

Just wanted to put my 2 cents worth up here. Made a nice 2 hour trip down there, and was more than happy with the way things panned out. Was more than helpful prior to me going down there with any questions I had.

Now I'm just looking at turning this into a regular gig, as that was just a test run to get some cost numbers and see if it was worth it.

I just finished my second deal with Jack. Very good to work with. Always available by phone or e-mail. I get a detailed spreadsheet back with everything itemized out and it is spot on.

Dunemaul, check "brick cell" on eBay (or actual make and model). Some are going for good money. I opened one and found some cool gold chips.

A little confused J. If you live in Va, why would you send your stuff to Fl when there are buyers in Indiana and Ohio that pay more ? Am I missing something ?

Thanks for posting your latest prices Jack. I'm curious to know why you're prices are so much lower than our other buyers ? I wish they were more comparable because I'm driving distance to you. Even with the shipping costs factored in, I'll make more money shipping north. I hope I'm not being imprudent...but...inquiring minds want to know. Everyone who has posted has enjoyed doing business with you and I hope to bring a load of heavy stuff one day.

I think a lot of it has to do with region. Being based in Florida does not place him in close proximity to the processor/refiners whereas the buyers out in the midwest are located close them. The cost of freight and other overhead expenses has risen sharply since the new year. Some buyers choose to run on microthin margins that leave them on the verge of collapse when gold drops 50 points. Another word of caution about some of the buyers with very high pricing is that much of the material ends up being exported and processed in ways that are illegal here in the US. All I am saying is do your homework. Jack is a great guy to deal with and is allowed to set his pricing anyway necessary to fit his business model. People on here complain about wanting top dollar for 25lbs of motherboard should come to the northeast region where it seems most yards pay 1.25/lb.

FAIR QUESTION!

My prices are lower because I do not have the $ behind me to save large amounts of product, and thereby get better pricing from the refiners.

It takes tons and tons to truly get the kind of pricing that would allow me to compete with the people showing better pricing.

I started this business 2 years ago with almost no $. Cashflow continues to be something I must keep close at hand.

Where our company does flourish is with cell phones. We are quickly becoming known for this aspect of our business.

The eScrap side was an offshoot of the cell side, and still is.
