Any updates on site status? I have a couple of things to send. I can definitely wait - nothing urgent - just wanted to ask.

Quick question that I'm too lazy to pour through 93 pages to answer... For PCI expansion cards, video cards, etc... Do heatsinks have to be removed? Separated? Any information about all slot cards is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just wanted to say thanks to Mario and his team once again. Haven't posted on here in a long time. These guys are great........Bottom line. Prob 30 shipments the past couple years and the one problem that did occur, was resolved with a simple phone call from Mario and a mistake on my end. I recommend everyone I come across to try cashforcomputerscrap.com.

    Thanks again guys

Just completed my first business with these folks and was very impressed, both with my settlement and with the professional way they do business. Shipped a pallet of material and let them handle the freight. Was surprised at how reasonable the rate was from Oklahoma to their location. Can see why they are so highly regarded on the Forum.

I've been selling to Ewasted since 2011 and just arranged for another shipment. The reason for my comment today is say that using their web site and particularly the chat feature was great. "Kittly" the chat person fully understood my special requests and helped me through the process.

Mario, well done. I'll see you soon. 73, Mike

    All-

I've said this a few times before and I hope to say it again soon: Ewasted and his outfit are top notch- I highly recommend working with him. I sent off a small shipment just after his website glitch back in May and experienced no delays or wrinkles whatsoever- kudos from Kansas!

    cheers,

    Hello
In all honesty, the appropriate way to handle this would be an email. I don't frequent our thread on here.

Please email in your lot id # to our general box, asking that exact question. we can research it once we have the appropriate information.

The odds of this happening, historically, have been slim to none so I am curious to see why (if at all) this happened.
    Thanks!

Well a lot of us do! SMF members promote your business and are glad when you drop buy to communicate with us! I realize the best way to contact you is thru your website as you have stated in the past. This thread is good to see how things get resolved if and when there is a problem, after all most pages are full of nothing but good things about you and your company!

Hello! Perhaps I should clarify my use of the word "frequent". In terms of solving problems, I am not on the forum enough to address issues. If you email, we can tackle them, in general, within hours.

I do enjoy the forum a lot. I have met many, many great people I can call friends!

Ewasted, I ran into this issue as well and also 2 weeks ago in person. I have sent an email referring to the odd new grading system. My name is Aaron august and I was there on 7-13-17 Lot ID#: 1499947776.

The issue I had came up from DVD/CD drive boards being the same price per LB as large socket MBs. Well I sent in both types of materials. But I did not see the category of DVD/CD drive boards on my settlement paper. It would be better IMO if regardless of price, each type of board was itemized on the settlement sheet so there is no confusion from the seller thinking "my material is missing". They did add some $$ to my check and its on its way. So thanks for taking care of it.
