the scrap value of these boards is minimal so might as well........I've had some AC units but just didn't seem worth the time with all the other things I have going on......Looks like if you sent a medium flat rate box Untested it would take about 5 boards to cover cost........I say go for it and be our guinea pig

if I am not testing my boards do I still need the make and model number? I have smashed a lot of these things but if you truly are paying this much I may just try and sell them all to you.

If the boards do not have any broken components on them I do need the make and model number. If they are damaged I don't need any of that info. Thanks.

I cannot see the testing procedures. Can someone tell me how to test the magnetrons. Idk why I can't see it.
I have several boards I was gonna send. I still have the magnetrons from each one I took apart. Glad I hadn't hauled them to scrapyard today. These people are awesome!!

On dishwasher boards, you do not have to remove the plastic cases. Are the boards tested or untested? Thanks.

The boards are untested. There are 15 boards that I'm willing to send in. If this thing is legit I'll send in a few more boxes. I'll try to send the 15 out tomorrow or Tuesday. Thanks

I'll post my experiences with this buyer and whether it's a legit operation or not as soon as I get paid for the boards.

I was collecting untested boards to send in but did not see the requirement of model number. I can't ship them for scrap price so am I just out of luck?

You are not out of luck! On boards like those if you're able to label them simply as a "microwave board" or "dishwasher board" that works perfectly. If not, I can sort them out when I receive the shipment. Thanks.

    Follow up on the shipment:

I honestly thought this thing was going to be a scam, but my wife wanted my boxes of boards gone so I figured I'd get them gone both ways. To my surprise this thing is legit. I sent a few emails to Anthony before I sent the shipment and he responded within 1 day. I sent my box on Monday the 11th and have already gotten paid. I sent in 15 untested dishwasher boards and ended up getting $37.50 for the lot! And the wife is happy that 1 box is gone! I will for sure be sending in my other 2 boxes! Thanks Anthony!!

I am starting to buy those boards too! In order for those boards to be considered tested, I need the same testing method used on the other boards. Below is the list of oven/stove board prices:

    Tested Boards:

Oven Board Module (typically 2"x6", These are typically found in the cheaper ovens): $2.50
Oven Main Board (typically control panel and relay board connected, can be a single large board in double ovens): $6.50

    Untested Boards:

    Untested Board Module: $1.00
    Untested Main Board: $3.50

    * I am also starting to buy refrigerator compressor fan motors and modules. The fan motors are typically next to the main compressor. They do not need to be tested and do not need the main mounting bracket. They don't need to be cleaned either, but do need the fan blade included.

-Compressor Fan Motor: Tested and Untested: $5
-Compressor Control Module Board: Tested and Untested: $5

I have been doing a bunch of free appliance pickup's since I found a buyer(you) for some of the boards. Shouldn't be too long before i have enough to make a shipment. What zip code will I be shipping to?

I'm glad to hear you're having success on the appliances! The zip code is 59101. If you need the full address send me a message at the email address in the original post. Thanks!

I must've been sleeping on the job, I've never seen this thread. I have a new mission. I can't tell you how many boards I've just threw in with mid grade boards(at least 100). I'll have a box in a couple weeks and will be in contact
